Ingredients
- ½ dragon fruit, peeled
- 1 passion fruit, peeled
- 2 oz (50 ml) – vodka
- 1 oz (25 ml) – pineapple juice
- 5 oz (250 ml) – allure infusions mango moscato
Optional Garnishes:
- edible orchid
- dragon fruit
Mixing tools
- bar spoon
- jigger
- muddler
- fine mesh strainer
- paring knife
- shaker
- high ball glass
Method
Add dragon fruit and passion fruit to a shaker. Using jigger, add vodka and muddle gently until the fruits release their juices. Add pineapple juice and shake. Pour Allure Infusions Mango Moscato into an ice-filled high ball glass. Using a strainer, pour the contents of the shaker into glass and stir. Garnish with an edible orchid or slice of dragon fruit and enjoy!
