Very berry

A "Very Berry" cocktail on a table with fresh strawberries

Ingredients

  • 5 strawberries, chopped
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz (50 ml) – gin
  • 5 oz (250 ml) – allure infusions strawberry moscato
  • 2 oz (25 ml) – tonic water

Optional Garnishes:

  • strawberry

Mixing tools

  • bar spoon
  • jigger
  • muddler
  • julep strainer
  • paring knife
  • shaker
  • high ball glass

Method

Place strawberries, basil, and lemon juice into shaker and muddle gently until the strawberries release their juices. Add gin and Allure Infusions Strawberry Moscato and mix. Strain into an ice-filled high ball glass. Top with tonic water, garnish with a strawberry, and enjoy!
